If there's one thing that bothers me about my skin it's my dilemma with my puffy under eye bags. Okay, they're not super bad, but they annoy me...since I stare at a computer most of the day at work, I've been feeling a lot of eye strain which has only made them worse. So now, I've taken some extra measures to reduce my eye strain, and it's helped a lot! First, I got some protective eye glasses while I'm on the computer. It reduces the glare of the computer, making it much easier to look at for long periods of time. I got mine from Gunnar and they help so much. I'm not going to lie, they're pretty dorky looking, but way better than having under eye bags.
Second, was a tip I got from a friend at work and this totally helps too! Basically just take two green tea bags (try to get organic since you're putting these on your eyes), and let them soak in warm water for a few minutes. Then take them out, squeeze out the extra water and place on your eyes for about 10 minutes. You will feel a a cooling sensation and it's also very, very relaxing! Afterwards, the puffiness should go down and the bags will be reduced, plus your skin should feel tighter too. Now, if you have extreme under eye bags, this is not going to cure it completely, but I think doing this over time should help reduce it a lot. I'm going to try to do it every other night before I go to bed.
I hope this method helps anyone else out there dealing with this same problem. Thank you Ray for the suggestion!
